Our POS connects to Stripe's M2 card reader via Stripe Connect. The total cost per transaction is Stripe's standard rate plus our $0.60 connection fee. In-person (card-present): 2.7% + $0.05 + $0.60. Online: 2.9% + $0.30 + $0.60. The $0.60 is our only fee — the rest goes directly to Stripe. The M2 reader is purchased directly from Stripe.

Yes — a credit card is required when you create your subscription. Your card will not be charged during the 60-day trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you'll owe nothing. If you continue past the trial, your card is billed at the start of your first paid period.
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're only charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. There are no penalties for changing plans.
Your data stays in your account for 90 days after cancellation. You can export everything — client lists, appointment history, financial records — at any time. We make it easy to leave, though we're confident you won't want to.
None. The price you see is the price you pay — monthly or annually. Website hosting, SSL, and your free subdomain are all included. If you use our POS, the total per-transaction cost is Stripe's standard rate plus our flat $0.60 connection fee: 2.7% + $0.05 + $0.60 for in-person card payments, or 2.9% + $0.30 + $0.60 for online payments. The $0.60 is our only charge — everything else goes directly to Stripe. You'll also need to purchase a Stripe M2 card reader directly from Stripe. The only other potential cost is a custom domain registration (typically $10–15/year from your registrar).
Yes — annual plans renew automatically at the end of each year. We send a reminder email 30 days before renewal so you have plenty of time to review, change plans, or cancel if needed. You can also turn off auto-renewal from your account settings at any time.
