Can I require a deposit or card on file?
Not yet. Deposits and prepayments at booking are still in development. Today, Certxa protects your time with automated text and email reminders before every appointment.
How do automated reminders work?
Certxa sends SMS and email reminders at intervals you configure — for example, 48 hours and 2 hours before the appointment. Clients can confirm or cancel directly from the reminder.
